Ying Jee Club Celebrates the Year of the Dragon with Chinese New Year Puddings

In celebration of the Year of the Dragon, Two MICHELIN star Cantonese restaurant Ying Jee Club welcomes the splendid start of the year with two delectable homemade Chinese New Year puddings, including the classic festive treat Turnip Pudding with Conpoy and Air Dried Meat and Coconut Milk Pudding with Ceylon Tea, both elegantly packed in the signature gift box which symbolises prosperity and fortune, ideal for pampering yourselves or gifting your loved ones.

 

Handcrafted Preservative-free Puddings

Continuing its new year tradition, Ying Jee Club has put together two preservative-free puddings handcrafted daily by Executive Chef Siu Hin-chi and his culinary team. The irresistible savoury Turnip Pudding with Conpoy and Air Dried Meat (HK$298 per box) is a flawless take on the traditional pudding made from the finest ingredients, including turnip, premium conpoy, dried shrimps, black mushrooms, preserved Chinese sausages and Chinese bacon. Coconut Milk Pudding with Ceylon Tea (HK$238 per box), filled with fragrant Ceylon tea and coconut milk, the soft and delicate pudding creates a well-balanced sweetness in every bite.

Gift vouchers are available now, and puddings are available for collection from 26 January to 8 February 2024. 新春將至,米芝蓮二星餐廳「營致會館」將再度呈獻特色賀年糕點禮盒,迎接龍年的來臨。除了傳統惹味的瑤柱臘味蘿蔔糕(每盒港幣$298)外,亦推出椰香錫蘭年糕(每盒港幣$238)。兩款自家製糕點均以寓意花開富貴、迎春接福的禮盒包裝,實屬送禮或自用佳品。

賀年糕點禮盒

行政總廚蕭顯志師傅及團隊選用上乘食材,每日新鮮巧手炮製兩款賀年糕點禮盒,向客人傳遞真摰祝福。糕點無添加防腐劑,客人可安心食用。傳統經典的瑤柱臘味蘿蔔糕以特選瑤柱、臘腸、臘肉、冬菇及蝦米等惹味食材入饌,配以清甜爽脆的蘿蔔絲,口感層次豐富,鹹香味俱全,是新年的必吃糕點;煙韌軟糯的椰香錫蘭年糕,錫蘭紅茶散發醇厚茶香,清甜不膩,令人齒頰留香。
