「營致會館」四度奪得米芝蓮二星榮譽 Ying Jee Club retains two MICHELIN stars

(香港,2022年1月19日)由行政總廚蕭顯志師傅帶領的「營致會館」素以尊尚精緻粵菜佳餚享負盛名,2017年開幕後僅3個月便奪得米芝蓮一星佳績,更於翌年再下一城晉升為二星食府。餐廳團隊延續一貫的食物質素及服務標準,至今連續第4年獲頒二星榮譽。蕭師傅憑藉精湛烹調手藝及對料理品質的堅持,在40年的廚藝生涯內累計奪取24顆米芝蓮星級美譽。蕭師傅表示:「十分感謝米芝蓮指南再次對營致會館的肯定,能夠在疫市中維持優秀水準,獲得此成就並不容易。在這個充滿挑戰的時期,我們會堅持搜羅各地上乘食材,竭力展現粵菜料理精髓,推陳出新,為每位客人打造難忘的用餐體驗。」
(19 January 2022, Hong Kong) Since its opening in 2017, Ying Jee Club has become a premium destination for Cantonese cuisine connoisseurs. It earned its first MICHELIN star three months after debut and was promoted to two stars in the subsequent year. The honour has now been retained for the four consecutive years. Executive Chef Siu Hin-chi, the celebrated master chef of Ying Jee Club with twenty four stars in his forty years of culinary experience, has dedicated to serving authentic Cantonese cuisine to guests in his entire culinary career, providing extraordinary dining experience with his time-honoured cooking skills.
